Motel Rooms
Off Season: $59 - $89 - In Season: $119 - $160

Cottage (Sleeps max 6 Guests, rented saturday to saturday)
Off Season: $780 per week  (may, june & after labor day)
In Season: $1300 per week

Add 7% maine lodging tax to total.

2010 special: aug.22-aug.31 , 3 night special for $240+tax!

Reservations Policies: Open May to September
Office hours 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Check In Time: 3:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am

One night's deposit by visa or MasterCard required at time of reservation. Full balance is due upon check in. Once balance has been received, absolutely no refunds for early checkout, weather, sickness, etc.

2 nights minimum on weekends. 3 nights minimum on most holidays. Please call or email for details.

Cancellation policy: 8 days or more prior to arrival, deposit refunded less a $25 fee. 7 days prior to arrival; sorry, no refunds.
