Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 1 day prior to 1pm EST on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a penalty in the amount of room rate and tax for the first night. Early checkouts will be charged at $20 USD per night. Cancellations must be made by the booking method and the Hotel is not authorized to make an exception to this policy.
