The Flagship Inn offers quality lodgings at reasonable rates, in a convenient location for visiting Boothbay Harbor and the Mid-Coast Region. We are open all year for a great summer vacation, fall foliage viewing trip or any Maine getaway. In season the Boothbay Trolley picks up guests at the front door and brings you right into town for a day of activity and sightseeing. Or, just swim and relax a few steps from your room in our outdoor swimming pool!

How to Get Here
From north or south, take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 9. Follow signs for Route 95 north. Follow Route 95 north to Exit 22. Signs will say Brunswick, Bath and Coastal Route 1. Follow Route 1 through Brunswick, Bath and Wiscasset(22 miles) and see Route 27 on the right. Take Route 27 south, drive 11 miles and the Flagship Inn is on the right. Look for our American flag on the front lawn of the Inn.
