Description
The Colonial House Inn is a full service Country Inn with a public restaurant and lounge, open year round, in the center of Cape Cod on Histric Route 6A. A registered Historic landmark with 21 rooms. All rooms have private baths, TV's, telephones, Data port, air conditioning, canopy beds and antiques. Other amenities include heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sun deck, beautiful garden sitting area with waterfall and fountain, year round restaurant, lounge with full liquor. All public areas and some rooms are handicap accessible. Function rooms seat up to 150, with an outdoors garden area available for Weddings and receptions. Within walking area are nature walking trails, golf, tennis, fresh and salt water beaches and antique shops.

How to Get Here
The Inn is in the center of the Cape on Route A. Follow either Rt. 495 or Rt. 3 south to Rt. 6A. Right on 6A for one mile to the Colonial House Inn on right.

May 1 to June 20 Sun-Thurs $95, Fri-Sat $110. June 21 to Sept 4 Sun -Thurs $105, Fri-Sat $125. Sept 5 to Nov 1 Sun-Thurs $100, Fri-Sat $120. Nov 2 to April 30 Sun-Thurs $85, Fri-Sat $105. Rates are per night and include room, dinner and a light breakfast for two. For a single Saturday night, add $15. Holidays have special rates and minimums. All rooms are the same price and have two twins, or one double, queen or king size beds. Day beds are available at a cost of $25 per night which includes breakfast and dinner or $10 for children under 10 with no meals. Cribs available at $5 per night.
