Exhibits devoted to such Barnum show business legends as General Tom Thumb and Jenny Lind, the "Swedish Nightingale". Tour a complete scale model of Barnum's best-known creation, "The Three-Ring Circus". See memorabilia from his two great American Museums in New York City, and view state-of-the-art videos on Barnum's life and times. Colorful exhibits relate to Victorian-era Bridgeport, including historic period rooms. Changing exhibitions are presented in a new wing. Experience the Barnum Museum. Hours: Tuesday-Saturday l0am to 4:30 pm. Sunday: Noon to 4:30pm. Closed most national holidays. Adults $5.00: senior citizens and students $4.00: Children $3.00:Children under 4 free.
