Description
Willard Beach, close to Portland and mainly a neighborhood beach. Sandy and about a mile long; East End Beach, Eastern Promenade, E. Cutter St., Small just about a few hundred yards long. Parking along the street or in the lot is free as is entrance to the park and beach. No lifeguards, Promenade does have bathroom facilities and rangers, No dogs on the beach but allowed on the promenade.
